Privacy
Your information. Clearly explained.
Your account
Jibletto uses email-based sign-in. It stores your email address, the fact that the address was confirmed, and your membership of an account, so that a check can be attributed to someone and read back by them.
Checks you run
Each check stores the identifier you searched, what the consulted source returned, the method and the time of retrieval, the outcome for each field, and the account that ran it. Completed checks are kept as a durable point-in-time record rather than being updated later.
Certificate details you enter
If you record details from a certificate of insurance or carrier packet, Jibletto stores the values you type: carrier and insurer names, policy number, effective and expiration dates, and coverage limits, together with the account and the person who submitted them.
The website's manual-entry form does not receive the document itself. Only the structured values you enter are stored, and they remain labelled as claims you confirmed rather than as facts Jibletto established.
ChatGPT certificate review pilot
When enabled, this optional workflow downloads the certificate you attach in ChatGPT and sends it to OpenAI through the configured server-side AI connection for extraction. Jibletto stores extracted fields and supporting text excerpts, the file name and fingerprint, and processing times. After you confirm the form it also stores your corrected fields, notes, confirmation time and review findings against your account. The original file is processed temporarily and is not retained by Jibletto. Keep your own copy. ChatGPT and the AI provider handle their copies under their own data policies.
The anonymous preview
You can run one carrier preview without an account. Jibletto does not create a record of that check: no verification is stored, no receipt is generated and nothing is attributed to you, because there is no account to attribute it to.
To stop the preview being used for bulk extraction, Jibletto records that a request came from a particular network, but not which network. Your IP address is combined with a secret held on the server and reduced to an irreversible fingerprint. The address itself is never written to the database, to a log, or to anywhere else, and the fingerprint cannot be turned back into an address.
Those fingerprint records exist only to count recent requests, so they are deleted once they are older than the counting window and no longer answer that question. Nothing about a preview survives beyond it.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by the payment provider. Jibletto stores the provider’s identifiers and your entitlement history. It does not store card numbers.
Privacy contact and account-data requests
Privacy questions, access requests and complaints can be sent to kareen@kaliadvisory.co. Jibletto will use that contact point while its formal privacy-governance process is being completed.
Retention and deletion
Completed verification receipts and the evidence attached to them are designed to remain as point-in-time business records rather than being silently rewritten when source data changes. Jibletto does not currently promise a fixed automatic deletion period for those records.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account personal information through the privacy contact above. Jibletto will review the request against the purposes for which the information is still required and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. A formal retention and destruction schedule is still being established, so this page does not invent a fixed deletion period that the product cannot yet evidence.
What this overview does not claim
